A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and F had customers buy the mobile phone in the taxi and sell it to a third party, and had H, I, Defendant B, etc. purchase the mobile phone directly from the taxi engineers in the Daegu City, and they gather to acquire the mobile phone which they want to purchase.
1. 2. Defendant A
A. On August 14, 2015, the Defendant acquired 26 cell phoness, which were used in the same manner from B, from November 14, 2015, by being aware of the fact that the name that B purchased from taxi officers cannot be identified in the 4th floor of the K cafeteria building located in the Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu., the Defendant acquired 30,000 won from B, even though he knows that the 1st cost of Samsung Ggal ju, which was owned by the victim, was a stolen, and then acquired 26 cell phoness, which were stolen in the same way, from November 14, 2015.
B. Around 03:00 on August 22, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with F, acquired a cell phone 23 mobile phone, a stolen object from MN, in the same manner as attached to F, with knowledge of the fact that the name purchased from M and N in the front side of the Seo-gu LA building, the victims of Samsung Ggal ju, the number of which is not known, Samsung Ggal 31, 51, 51, 61, and 61, and 13 times from that to October 2015, the Defendant acquired a cell phone 23 times, which is a stolen object, from that time, in collusion with F, in front of the Daegu-gu LA building.
