Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On September 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten (10) months of imprisonment for fraud in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support for the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 25, 2015.
【Criminal facts, the Defendant, along with C, D, loan brok E, F, and G, used a false certificate of employment, and a false lease contract form with C, and, as an employee who had work in the workplace, leased a house from D, the Defendant used a financial institution as the source of the National Housing Fund to raise “workers and low-income people’s house leasing funds” with the National Housing Fund.
Accordingly, the Defendant, along with E, recruited D as a lessor around July 2014 and introduced D to F. G, by inviting C to a person who will serve as a tenant of interest who is the nominal owner of the loan, and introducing C to F. On July 27, 2014, at the I real estate brokerage office located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and at the I real estate brokerage office, around July 27, 2014, the Defendant prepared a false statement of lease of real estate as if C leases KRW 100,000,000,000 and KRW 10,000,000,000,000, and F, at that time, prepares a false statement of lease of real estate as if C were to serve as the manager of the management division in F&C.
Since then, around August 8, 2014, C applied for a loan as if it were used as a deposit money, while submitting the aforementioned false real estate lease contract and a false certificate of employment to the employee in charge of the loan at the teamo branch of the victim corporate bank, 198, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2014.
In collusion with C, D, E, F, and G in order, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving a damaged branch and then receiving KRW 70 million from the damaged branch to the accounts in the name of D for the same day; and (b) in collusion with F, etc., from that time until January 12, 2015.
