A around March 9, 2011, Defendant A: (a) registered the “Ima branch” used as a place of sexual traffic under the Telecommunication Book in the name of “I” and “IMa branch” under the name of “I” and “IMa branch” under the name of “IMa branch” registered as the actual owner of the above “IMa branch” in the name of “IMa branch” around May 201, and (b) registered as the sole owner of the above “IMa branch” under the name of the defendant around May 201; (c) sought a place from April 201 to May 18, 2012 in the above “G sports marina branch” and “IMa branch”; and (d) reported the business of IMa branch in the name of “I” and “IMa branch” so that I can perform sexual traffic by guiding customers by receiving the payment of sexual traffic from many unspecified customers, and (d) reported the business of I, a portable card terminal registered under the name of “I”.
