A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall arrange, solicit, induce, or compel sexual traffic for the business of arranging sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, from August 30, 2019 to April 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) installed a marina and shower room, etc. at the marina business place, “C” in the operation of the Defendant in B-S. from August 30, 2019 to April 1, 2020; (b) employs many male women who are born as employees; (c) has taken 120,000 won per time from male customers who found the above business place to take 150,000 won as he/she was informed of the said business place; and (d) has arranged commercial sex acts by allowing female employees waiting to engage in sexual intercourse.

2. If a foreigner who has violated the Immigration Control Act intends to find a job in the Republic of Korea, he/she shall obtain the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, and no person shall employ any person who has no status

The defendant from March 17, 2020 to the same year.

3. Until January 31, 200, three employees of Thai State Women D (D, date when the period of stay expires, December 16, 2019), E (E, April 13, 2019), and F ( January 31, 2020 on the date when the F sojourn expires) were employed as employees of the above businesses.

3. No person who is a visually disabled person in violation of the Medical Service Act, and who is accredited by the Mayor/Do Governor, shall engage in massage for profit without obtaining a recognition of qualification from the Mayor/Do Governor

The Defendant employed E, who is a female employee, as stated in the above paragraph (1) as a marina branch at the time and place as stated in the above paragraph (2), and had the said employee take care of the body of the guest by receiving the price from the male guest who found the place and having the said employee take care of the body of the guest, etc., in collusion with the said female employee for profit.
