1. Activity support allowances for Defendant A and Defendant L persons with disabilities are paid when an assistant visits a beneficiary’s home, etc. to provide activity assistance, visiting bathing, visiting nursing, etc., and where a disabled person receives activity assistance services from an activity assistant, the disabled person and the activity assistant shall be recognized prior to and after receiving activity assistance services.

A person with a disability shall carry a voucher card and settle it by using a settlement terminal at the time of commencement and termination of the provision of activity support services through an activity assistant's device, and shall not have a voucher card as an activity assistant, possess a device of the activity assistant, possess a device of the activity assistant, or register a false voucher time without providing the service.
