A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (hereinafter referred to as “philophones”) as follows:
1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;
A. On April 25, 2019, the Defendant promised to purchase approximately KRW 1g of 1 500,000 of philopon by communicating the philopon sales and B Melopon from the Internet at a time zone of 20:15 on the same day, the Defendant deposited KRW 500,000 in the K Bank account (L) under the name of the J which manages the said Melopon in the “IF-dong Branch in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., and then traded the 1g of philopon at around 21:30 on the same day with three-story buildings located in the Malopdong-dong, Busan-dong, U.S., which had been hidden in advance by the above Melopon.
2. On April 12, 2019, the Defendant promised to purchase approximately 0.5g 30,000,000 g of philopon by communicating philopon sales and B Melopon sales and Melopon from the Internet at the time of o'clock on April 12, 2019. On the same day, the Defendant deposited KRW 300,000 into the K Bank account under the name of J (L) managed by the above winners of Melopon at the “Igsan-dong Branch in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., and deposit KRW 30,00,000 with the account in the name of J (L) managed by the above winners of Melopon at the time of 16:04 on the same day.
