Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 1156]

1. From October 7, 2015 to October 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed a total of 80 game machine, including 50 games, which is a speculative electronic machine, and 30 games; and (b) operated a speculative act by allowing many unspecified customers to put cash in the game machine and to play the game; and (c) having them exchange the remaining amount after deducting 10% of the gains they acquired through the game.

2. From October 29, 2015 to November 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed 80 mobile games, a speculative electronic machine, the rating decision of which was revoked by the Game Water Management Committee, on the D2 D-2-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon; (b) had many and unspecified customers find the place to put cash in the game machine and provide them for use; and (c) had them engage in speculative activities by exchanging the remainder after deducting 10% of the points they acquired through the game.

[2016 Highest 2162] From November 16, 2015 to November 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) installed 80 mobile games, a speculative electronic machine, the rating classification of which was revoked by the Game Water Management Committee, on the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon; and (b) employed F as an employee; (c) let the customers visiting the said game play the game by inserting KRW 10,00 in the said game machine; and (d) had the customers find the said place put 10,00 won in the game; and (e) they carried out the speculative business by having the customers exchange the remaining amount after deducting 10% from the score acquired through the game.
