1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is the owner of 1,944 square meters prior to the Seoul Special Metropolitan City E (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned land”) and the Defendant Republic of Korea is the owner of C, 694 square meters adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land (hereinafter “C”) and D, 1,091 square meters of land adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land (hereinafter “D land”). Defendant B is the lessee who leased D land from the Defendant Republic of Korea, and Defendant B is the lessee of D land, and is cultivating turds from such land.
B. The land owned by the Plaintiff is a land that is not adjoining to a road leading to a contribution, and is so-called land.
