Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of 2,059 square meters in Si-Gyeong-si, E (hereinafter “Plaintiff-owned land”), and the Defendant is the owner of 1,487 square meters in Fung-si (hereinafter “Defendant-owned land”).
