1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

The Defendant dealt with psychotropic drugs, but dealt with psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related clickphones (one clickphone; hereinafter referred to as “clickphones”).

1. On January 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had been engaged in Internet search for narcotics, etc.; (b) had the intent to purchase phiphones from a person with no name (the name “F”; hereinafter “F”); (c) had transferred the sum of KRW 1,430,000 to a new bank account (Account Number H) in the name of G used by the said “F” to the phiphones purchase price; and (d) purchased phiphones by means of receiving delivery of phiphones by the said “F” from Daegu on January 13, 2015.

2. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones by releasing approximately 0.05g of philophones on the Defendant’s Lone Star vehicle parked on the street near the west-gu Northwest-gu, Daegu, 2015, and inhaleing the smoke generated by heating them on the gambling ground.

3. On February 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 730,000 to the said bank account in the name of G used by the said “F; (b) around February 27, 2015, to the purchase price for 700,000 won from the said account; and (c) purchased the instant “F” in a way that the said “F” was delivered the philopon by means of delivery of the philopon, sent from the scopon on the street (hereinafter referred to as the “F”), around March 5, 2015, to the said account.

4. Around May 6, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05 grams in the Defendant’s car in the vicinity of the oil station in the Chosung-gun, Jeonsung-gun, and by dilutioning it with bio-dilon into the Defendant’s arms.

5. On May 16, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

6. The Defendant: Daegu Northern-gu around June 2, 2015.
