1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;
2. 3.50,000 won shall be collected from the defendant and the surcharge shall be collected.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant, as a large truck driver, is not a narcotics handler, he handled the Meart clopty (one philopon, hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:
1. B. On the same day as the above A. B. 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophonephones received as above in the NM, which was parked in the NM parking lot, into the arms by using a one-time injection device.
