Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a motor device or bicycle without a license plate.

On September 9, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level 0.108% in blood, operated the bicycle with the above engine device under the influence of alcohol level 0.108%, made the left turn to the left at an early elementary school from the mountainside of the water level.

Since there is a place where traffic control is not supported by it, it shall make a left-hand turn at the center of the intersection in advance along the center line of the road at the speed reduction or slow.
