Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) was a driver of SM7 car; and (b) when intending to turn to the left at the intersection, the driver of any motor vehicle should turn to the left, using the center inside the intersection of the intersection in advance along the center line of the road; (c) on July 25, 2016, around 08:56, the Defendant left to the left at the intersection of an elementary school in front of the U.S., at the 13-lane in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, the Defendant turned to the left at an irregular speed depending on the two-lane, the straight line between the three-lane two-lane two lanes straight ahead of the two-lane.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the cross-road traffic method.
