A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

1,094,400 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional charges.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with psychotropic drugs-related Mepters (hereinafter referred to as the “pactphone”) and marijuana as follows:

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On October 2015, the Defendant introduced H with G’s recommendation at the F parking lot located in Yangsan-si around 17:00, and sold approximately 1.6g of opon to H KRW 300,000.

B. At around 19:00 on the same day as described in the above 1.3 above, the Defendant, together with H and G, injected approximately 0.05 gh of phiphones into a single-use injection machine and jointly administered phiphones by melting them into water.

C. On May 30, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant purchased KRW 0.7g of opon from L from L to 300,000,000, within the NF stations and other vehicles parked in K Park in the Busan Suwon-gu J. D.

On May 31, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of philopon in a single-use engine and in a water-melting passenger car parked in the M Hospital parking lot located in Yangsan-si on May 31, 2016.

E. At around 18:00 on June 1, 2016, the Defendant provided approximately 0.1g of philopon to G within 25 tons of freight trucks operated by G in front of the N Station located in Yangsan City.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act.

A. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant granted approximately 2.87ggg of marijuana to G within 25 tons of freight trucks operated by G parked in front of the N Station located in Yangsan City, at around 18:00.

B. At around 14:00 on June 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) made a pipe in front of the 2nd parking lot of the O apartment in Yangsan-si, by inserting the pipe as an Aluminum aluminium; and (b) made a smoke by inserting the mari volume into the marium, and attaching the pipe with the rash in a way of smoking.

C. At around 07:50 on June 7, 2016, the Defendant put about approximately 1.76g of marijuana in the erode, in which he/she puts both horses in the dwelling space of the above O apartment 2 and 601.
