A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On November 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed about 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine and injected them into the body in the water in a benz car operated by the Defendant, which was parked on the street of Kimhae, on November 17, 2016.

2. At around 16:20 on November 17, 2016, the Defendant kept approximately 0.67gg (No. 1) of philopon contained in a single-use injection instrument in his/her hand room, and approximately 0.42g (No. 2) of philopon contained in a transparent plastic sealing log, and carried approximately 1.39g (No. 7) of philopon in a single-use injection instrument contained in the same telephone parking lot.

3. The Defendant possessed marijuana in such a manner as to keep approximately 0.04g (No. 8) of marijuana contained in a transparent vinyl sealing in the said event’s car parked in the said telecom parking lot at a time and time as referred to in paragraph 2.
