Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

An interested person (owner, occupant, or manager) of a specific fire-fighting object shall conduct a regular self-inspection on fire-fighting systems, etc. installed on such object at least once a year until the month in which approval for the use of the building is included.

In addition, when a fire-fighting system of a specific fire-fighting object is not installed, maintained or managed in accordance with the fire safety standards, the director general of the fire-fighting headquarters or the head of the fire station may order the relevant person of the specific fire-fighting object (owner, occupant, manager) to take necessary measures, and no person shall comply with such order without justifiable grounds
