A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On March 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months as a crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by the Incheon District Court.

6. 27. The ruling becomes final and conclusive and is currently under suspension of execution.

1. On October 19, 2016, at around 22:10 on October 19, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi driving service by force by driving the cab, under the influence of alcohol in front of the Dongdaemun-gu Incheon Metropolitan City monthly market. On the same day at around 22:20 on the same day, the victim’s shoulder is expected to have his body in front of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, and at around 22:20 on the same day, the victim’s shoulder is expected to have his body known well, “the president of the width is well known.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s taxi driving service by force.

At around 22:30 on October 19, 2016, the Defendant, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) above, insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim by referring to a large voice, “Iskn, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, Ne, E, E, E, N, E, E, N, E, E, N, E, E, E, E, which was sent to the site according to the above C’s 112 report.”

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to a police officer dispatched to the scene pursuant to 112 reporting as stated in the foregoing paragraph (2) in front of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu E; and (b) was notified by a police officer who was dispatched to the site pursuant to 112 reporting; and (c) was punished as a crime of insult by a police officer who was affiliated with the same patrol group; (d) was aware of the police officer’s double selling of the H’s worship and double selling of the Ha; and (e) committed assault, such as when the her

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the police officers' legitimate execution of their duties on the maintenance of order, crime prevention and investigation.
