Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2016, at around 01:50, the Defendant used to assault C in front of the 18th, Yongsan-ro, Yongsan-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu 8-ro 18, the 18th, which was sent to the site after receiving C’s 112 report, and thereby sent to the site, and there is a defect that “E belonging to the Seoul Southern-dong Police Station D's Branch of the Incheon Southern-dong Police Station “ any longer frighting and interesting.”

2. On March 16, 2017, after the indictment of this case, the victim withdraws his/her wish to punish the Defendant, and thus, the prosecution against this part of the facts charged is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
