Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 13, 2015, the Defendant deposited KRW 500,000 into G account in the name of F designated by one bank E account in his name, using a mobile phone at his own house, No. 103-dong 1502, a Gunsan-si, 103-dong 1502.
From that time to March 18, 2016, the Defendant deposited 105,940,000 won in total over 235 times, as shown in the list of crimes in annexed Form, and accumulated the points of the same amount, and carried out gambling, i.e., a “private bridge” in a manner in which a certain dividend is paid and the amount of money is not returned if the result is met with the odd number of the private bridge-shaped game provided at the same site and the even number is distributed, and if the result is not possible, a certain dividend is paid and the amount of money is not returned.
