A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00.

The Defendants respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 1, 2015, Defendant A visited the Internet gambling site “E” by means of a computer from No. 304 of the building D, Gun-si, Gun-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 500,000 in the account in the name of F Co., Ltd. designated by the above site operator as the gambling fund deposit account; (b) charged the corresponding game money; and (c) in the event that the above site betting amount was carried out by winning the winning number or even number, and the dividend amount corresponding to the dividend rate was paid, and (d) carried out gambling by depositing KRW 186,350,000 in total over 338 times from around that time to August 25, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table (1).

2. On April 1, 2015, Defendant B connected to “E” online gambling sites using computers at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around April 1, 2015.

Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 700,000 in the account in the name of the website operator designated as the gambling fund deposit account; (b) deposited the corresponding game money; and (c) deposited the betting amount in the above website and deposited the same as an odd number or even number; and (d) paid dividends as much as the dividend rate in the above site, and carried out gambling by depositing the amount of KRW 23,387,100 in total over 421 times from around that time to August 25, 2015 as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (2).

3. On April 30, 2015, Defendant C connected the Internet gambling site “E” using computers at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around April 30, 2015.

The defendant deposited KRW 500,00 in the account in the name of (ju) H, designated by the above site operator as the gambling fund deposit account, and charged with the corresponding game money. In the event that the above site betting results by winning the winning number or even number at the above site, the dividend rate is equal.
