Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2015, Defendant A visited the Internet gambling site using computers from F 201, Gun-si, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do.

The Defendant deposited KRW 700,500 in the account in the name of the current website operator designated as the gambling fund deposit account, and charged the corresponding game money. In the event that the above website betting is held in an odd number or even number, and the result of betting is followed, the Defendant saw the gambling called “private bridge game” in a manner that loses the betting amount if he received dividends equivalent to the dividend rate, as well as the gambling by depositing the total amount of KRW 177,688,000 in total over 260 as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) from around that time to September 21, 2015.

2. Around July 1, 2015, Defendant B visited the Internet gambling site using computers from F 201, Gunsan-si, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do.

The Defendant deposited KRW 1,00,00 in the account in the name of the (oil) horse operator designated as the gambling fund deposit account, and charged the corresponding game money. In the event that the said website betting amount at an odd number or even number and the result of betting, the Defendant received dividends in proportion to the dividend rate, and carried out gambling by depositing a total of KRW 226,807,50 in total over 377 times from around that time to September 21, 2015, as shown in the [Attachment] List of Crimes (2].

3. On July 1, 2015, Defendant C visited the Internet gambling site using computers from F 201, Gun-si, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollabuk-do.

The Defendant deposited KRW 1,00,000 in the account under the name of the Commission, which was designated by the above site operator as the gambling fund deposit account, and charged with the corresponding game money, and in the case of betting at the above site by winning the winning number or even number, the Defendant paid dividends in proportion to the dividend rate.
