A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 8, 2014, around 22:05, the Defendant insultd the victim by openly citing that “the victim F, who was a victim of the Busan Police Station E zone affiliated with the Busan Police Station E zone, reported and sent by 112 for the purpose of identifying his/her identity to enter the main place of his/her female-friendly Gu, Busan, Busan, the 20-30 people, who had been about 20-30 people, was unable to verify the above status.” As such, the Defendant abused the victim by openly citing that “the victim, who was the victim of the fluench, was absent from the fluench of the fluench, with the fluench of the fluench of the fluench.”
