A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:25 on March 4, 2020, the Defendant’s insultd the victim “C” in front of “C” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and the victim F, a slope in the Busan Jin Police Station E-gu, who was called upon the above D’s 112 report, sent out to the victim F, who was a slope in the Busan Jin Police Station E-gu, and went back to the above D. However, the victim “I am back to the house.” The victim’s f, such as G, etc., who was going through the said place, is not threatened. 2. The Defendant: (a) at the same time and place of the obstruction of performance of official duties, reported the appearance of Busan Jinjin Police Station E District Assistant F to the patrol vehicle; and (b) demanded the above F to leave the said patrol vehicle at five times with the cellular phone used by his hand; (c) the said F to take off the patrol vehicle at the said patrol vehicle; (d) the said F was tightly pushed the chest of the said F with his hand, and assaulted the said F with his cellular phone used by his hand.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the F 112 Reporting Cases, which is a police official.
