A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant damaged the property of the victim to the extent that the repair cost is excessive by taking the C main standing signboard, which is the victim D, installed at the same time, in front of the C main shop located in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, and then destroying it by a shot.

2. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was arrested in flagrant offender on the top of the foregoing C points after receiving the report related to the revocation column 112; (b) was arrested by F of the border of the Busan Police Station E District Police Station E-gu, who was dispatched to the site after receiving the report related to the revocation column 112; (c) went out of the back side of the E District patrol 1; (d) went out of the E District 1; and (e) went out of the E District 1; and (e) was bluened with the upper part of the said F that prevents him.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports by police officers who are public officials by assault.
