A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. An indecent act committed against victims C (30 years of age);

A. At around 23:00 on November 19, 2013, the Defendant, along with the EM 109 room located in Ansan City D, drinked with the victim who completed the water supply and sewerage construction work and demanded the victim to have his hand hand, and the victim who is not aware of his English, brought his hand to the Defendant’s sexual organ by leading his hand, and brought him to the Defendant’s sexual organ.
