A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of the E4.5 tons of cargo vehicles belonging to C (one-person D) corporation, and is engaged in transporting cargo after loading the cargo onto the passenger and cargo ships entering the Jeju and the land.

A person who requests the transportation of vehicles or cargo to an ocean-going passenger transport business entity shall submit a measurement certificate issued by a registered measurement certification business entity to an ocean-going passenger transport business entity, and an ocean-going passenger transport business entity shall verify the issuance and issue a vehicle loading ticket or cargo waybill.

In addition, the Defendant is required to take a G measurement of facts for the purpose of exercising the right without authority on February 11, 2017, February 28, 2017, March 10, 2017, March 10, 2017, March 14, 2017, and March 27, 2017.
