Punishment of the crime

No person shall cultivate, possess, possess, deliver, receive, transport, keep in custody, or use marijuana, and smoke or take in marijuana or its seed coats.

Defendants are not persons handling narcotics.

1. The Defendants conspired in collusion with the Defendants regarding the cultivation of marijuana, and cultivated marijuana by managing marijuana in advance held by the Defendant A at the lower hole of the tunnel bridge, i.e., Hongcheon-gun Seoul Yangcheon-gun, Seoul Yangyang Highway from April 2019 to November 3, 2019.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to cultivate 22 marijuana.

2. Defendant A

A. From November 3, 2019 to December 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) carried marijuana 1,088g in the Defendant’s warehouse located in Do Government-si; (b) carried marijuana 1,08g in the demonte or 2 stuffs; (c) marijuana 200g in one within the Lone Star-do stuff; (d) marijuana 168g in one within the metal stuff; (b) marijuana 440g in one within the livestock bator stuff; (c) marijuana 794g in one within the fator fator fat; and (d) carried marijuana 7,50g in the fator 4 in the fator fator fat; and (d) carried the fat 7,50g in the fator fator fator fat fat on a hotel on December 25, 2019.

B. On November 30, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana once in a manner of smoking marijuana, while he gets off the Defendant’s fested the tobacco seconds in tobacco (MEVUS) at the Defendant’s entrance and exit room located in the Defendant’s residence located in D, which was located in D, by inserting the hemp in the said manner. (2) On November 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around November 30, 2019, the Defendant was driving the marijuana one time in a manner of smoking the hemp, while he gets out of the Defendant’s knife, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gu, Jincheon-do, Jincheon-do, and was moving out the Defendant’s knife at the Defendant’s exit.
