A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. The Defendant collected KRW 100,000 from B and 100,000, and conspired to purchase psychotropic drugs metacopon (hereinafter “copon”), and around January 6, 2013, at the Daegu Western-gu C street, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and around 23:30,000,00 won to B, and the above B issued approximately KRW 100,000 and KRW 100,000 to D, and delivered approximately 0.14 g of the copon to D, with whom approximately KRW 0.07 g of the copon from D, and with whom approximately 0.07 g of the other copon was assigned to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to purchase philophones.

B. On January 7, 2013, at around 02:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07g of philopon, purchased as above, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution it into the left part of spopon, and administered it in a way of injecting it into the front part of spopon.

C. On January 7, 2013, the Defendant conspiredd to purchase phiphones by collecting KRW 100,000 with B, and on a bridge located in the F of the Gyeongdong-gun, G, the Defendant sent KRW 100,000 to D the sum of KRW 100,000,000 received from the Defendant and KRW 100,000,000,000 from D, and delivered approximately 0.14 g of the phiphones to D and approximately 0.07 g of them to the remainder of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones in collusion with B.

On January 8, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07g of philophonephones purchased as in the above sub-paragraph (c) by inserting them into the paper World Cup and dilution them into the water at the H-authorized middle office operated by the Defendant in Daldong-gun G on January 8, 2013.

2. On October 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (marijuana) committed a smoking in such a way as to detect wild marijuana in front of the J A, which is located in the Gyeongbuk-gun I, and to collect three leaves of the wild, and then to w off in a way of smoking with a flash with a flash in the paper.
