A and D shall be punished by each fine of KRW 300,00, and Defendant B and C shall be punished by each fine of KRW 500,000.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants, the victims of the 2012 ancient 477 Defendants, were members of the “G Committee,” who oppose the construction of steel tower in accordance with the Gunsan-Saeman Electric Power Line Project implemented by the Korea Electric Power Corporation, which is the victim, and were willing to interfere with the survey of land for the construction of steel tower by opposing the construction of steel tower with H and I, the same members.

On October 11, 201, the Defendants, H, and I were gathered to confirm and block the fact that land division survey was conducted for the construction of steel towers in accordance with the construction project of the Gunsan-Seman Electric Power Transmission Line, which was implemented by the Korea Electric Power Corporation.

Defendant

B threatens the employees of the Korea Electric Power Corporation, such as land survey technicians, to teach and improve the height of the employees of the Korea Electric Power Corporation, H, I, and Defendant A, together with the Korea Electric Power Corporation employees, including land survey technicians, shall not conduct a survey, and shall prevent the survey vehicle from standing in high terms, and the Defendant A, while taking a bath, 1-2 smuggling of the K’s chest part, which is the employees of the Korea Electric Power Corporation, in both hands, and the Defendant C, by hand, was slicking the flick of the said K.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with H and I, for about 40 minutes, obstructed the Korea Electric Power Corporation's land division survey related to the military industry-Saeman Electric Power Cable Construction Project.

2. Defendant D and C jointly object to the construction of transmission towers at the work site “Militarysan-Saeman steel tower 81,” implemented by the victim M& corporation operating from around 08:00 to 17:00 on May 23, 2012, on the ground that Defendant D was placed on his/her hand a face and back side, who is an employee of the victim company, wearing an armed riot, and affixing a seal buried on the pipe located on the said work site. Defendant C entered an empty toilet in the vicinity and spreads in the said work site, and the Defendants were able to express their names with residents.
