Defendants are not guilty.

Ⅰ. The facts charged (2015da455) Defendant Korea Electric Power Corporation is a corporation established for business purposes related to the development, development, transmission, etc. of electric resources. Defendant A is a person who belongs to the Korea Electric Power Corporation and exercises overall control over the civil engineering work of transmission lines construction works, various authorizations and permissions, and environmental impact assessment.

1. A person who intends to develop a development project implemented within a specific use area for the conservation of Defendant A shall conduct small environmental impact assessment;

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. In the course of F construction works implemented in E in the period from February 25, 2013 to November 23, 2013, within a specific-use area for preserving development projects for entry/connection road, 48,839 square meters and material storages necessary for the construction of nine electric transmission steel towers without conducting small environmental impact assessment;

B. From September 24, 2013 to January 22, 2014, in the course of H construction works implemented in G G G G G G, a small-scale environmental impact assessment was conducted within the specific-use area for preserving the development project for the entry/connection road of 5,467 square meters and the material storage area of 21,455 square meters, which is necessary for the construction of nine electric transmission steel towers, without conducting the small-scale environmental impact assessment.

2. The Defendant’s employee, the Korea Electric Power Corporation, committed an environmental impact assessment act against the Defendant’s business in the same manner as the Defendant’s business set forth in paragraph 1(a), (b), and (1).

(2015 fixed-term 51) Defendant A is a person in charge of civil engineering works, various authorizations and permissions, environmental impact assessment activities, etc. conducted by the Korea Electric Power Corporation under the jurisdiction of the Korea Electric Power Corporation. Defendant Korea Electric Power Corporation is a corporation established for the purpose of the development, development, transmission, etc. of electric resources.

1. A person who intends to develop a development project implemented within a specific use area for the conservation of Defendant A shall conduct small environmental impact assessment;

Nevertheless, the defendant is out of the J of Crossing-gun from March 16, 2013 to December 26 of the same year.
