Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, at the Ulsan District Court on August 1, 2014, was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended sentence for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the said judgment was finalized on August 9, 2014.
"2015 Highest 678" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On September 3, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) 1.5 million won from G in toilets located in the F parking lot located in Ulsan-gun E, Ulsan-gun; (b) sold to G psychotropic drugs-related Mepters (one Handphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).
2. On September 21, 2014, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) taken 1.5 million won from G in the same place as that of paragraph (1); (b) sold to G a cigarette containing approximately 5g of philophones.
3. On December 29, 2014, around 17:30 on December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 500,000 won from G in front of the H station located in Busan metropolitan Daegu; and (b) sold 0.7g of philopon to G.
“2015 Highest96” Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, despite that he is not a person handling narcotics:
1.
