Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 1225" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant posted on a mobile hosting website a phrase expressing psychotropic drug psychotropic drugs campones (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophones”), and intended to sell philophones to the persons who reported it and contacted.

At around 20:00 on March 23, 2015, the Defendant reported the writing posted at the mobile hosting site in G car parking lots located in G Kankdong-si, and sold approximately 0.5g of opon phone to G.

B. At around 22:00 on May 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported and contacted the writing posted by the Defendant on the mobile hosting site in the front of Yangsan-si H; (b) 1 million won was collected from I, and (c) sold 1.4g phiphone to I.

C. At around 13:00 on May 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the writing posted by the Defendant on the mobile hosting site in the Defendant’s NAS car, which was parked in the K Station located in Busan J, and sold approximately 0.7 g of opon phone to L.

2. On May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30, the Defendant: (b) reported the writing posted on the Defendant’s mobile hosting site in front of the “N” telephone in Yangyang-si M, Yangyang-si; and (c) delivered 0.03g of phiphones free of charge to theO.

3. Possession of phiphones.

A. At around 18:30 on May 18, 2015, the Defendant kept approximately 0.6 g of philopon in the Defendant’s NAN-si Haak-si car, which was parked in the front of the H in Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si.

B. At around 19:20 on May 18, 2015, the Defendant possessed approximately 13.85g of philopon in plastic bags by inserting them in plastic bags at the Defendant’s house located in P in Yangsan-si P.
