A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, along with B, proposed “C” with the name and incomprehion of the term “C,” to “C,” and opened the term “age-based corporation (unauthorized corporation)” with the name and incomprehion of the term “C,” and offered the Internet telephone machine opened after opening the Internet phone by driving as if it actually operated the corporation.

On October 2018, the Defendant filed, together with B, an application for the registration of incorporation of a limited liability company, which is a director “A”, “A”, “limited liability company D”, “Seoul-do Suwon-si E, F, and purpose of the headquarters”, “Class B and retail, etc., of Suwon-si.”

However, in fact, the Defendant: (a) received a promise from the above “C”, etc.; and (b) applied for the establishment of a juristic person to transfer a so-called “so-called “so-called” phone; (c) did not intend to establish and operate a juristic person with the purpose of clothes, retail business, etc.; and (d) the said juristic person was a so-called “so-called “so-called type company” rather than for the actual business, and was a company with no substance

Nevertheless, the defendant filed an application for registration of incorporation with B, and had the public official in charge of the above registration and the public official under his jurisdiction enter the above registered matters in the commercial register computer system and keep it around that time.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant made a false report to enter false facts in the commercial register computer system which is the same electronic records as the original of a notarial deed and exercised it.

2. No person who violates the Telecommunications Business Act may intermediate another person's communications or provide it for communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator;
