1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 1,201,291,091 and its related thereto from August 5, 2017 to December 13, 2017.

A. The plaintiff is a major complex building A in Busan-gu, Busan-gu (hereinafter "the building of this case").

(2) The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a project proprietor who newly constructed and sold the instant building, and is a Si/Gun management organization that is composed of the occupants to manage the 334 households of apartment 292-household officetels 36 households.

3) On March 12, 2013, Defendant B entered into a contract for the repair of defects with Defendant B regarding the instant building. (B) On March 12, 2013, Defendant B entered into a contract for the repair of defects between Defendant B and the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “each guarantee contract of this case”). Defendant B entered into a contract for the repair of defects regarding the instant building, and issued a performance guarantee as stated in the following specifications from the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation. In the event that the council of occupants’ representatives or the management body is composed, the guarantee creditor is changed to the council of occupants’ representatives or the management body.
