1. The Plaintiff:

A. As to Defendant B’s KRW 3,760,196,395 and its KRW 1,00,000,000,000 among them, Defendant B, as well as Defendant B’s KRW 3,760,196,395.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is a party 1) A apartment on the ground C in Yangsan City (hereinafter referred to as "the apartment of this case").

In order to manage 1292 households, Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings (hereinafter “Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings”) is applicable.

(2) The Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a project proprietor who newly constructed and sold the instant apartment, and D is a contractor who performed the construction work of the instant apartment after being awarded a contract with Defendant B, and the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation is a company that entered into a contract with Defendant B for the repair of defects with respect to the instant apartment.

B. 1) On November 22, 2013, 2013, D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “this case’s guarantee contract”) guarantees the obligation to repair defects for the instant apartment complex between Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “instant guarantee contract”).

A) Around 200: (a) the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation issued a performance guarantee as indicated in the following table; (b) the guarantee creditor, when the council of occupants’ representatives or the management body was organized, shall be changed to the relevant council of occupants’ representatives or the management body. From November 29, 2013 to Nov. 29, 2014; (c) the first 2F from November 29, 2013 to Nov. 29, 2014; and (d) the first 3rd 1.5 to Nov. 29, 2015 to Nov. 29, 2015; and (d) the pertinent 3rd 1.5 to Nov. 29, 2015 to Nov. 29, 2015; and (e) the Plaintiff was given approval for the use of the instant apartment from the 3rd 3rd Ga G G G 3 to Nov. 29, 2013; and (e) the Plaintiff was organized from May 13 to 29, 193.
