A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 6, 2014, at around 15:01, the Defendant decided to purchase psychotropic drugs from C, a psychotropic drug, with a method of remitting KRW 900,000,000 from C to the account used by C, and then purchasing phiphones by means of taking approximately 0.6 g of phiphones around walopon in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, at around 15:30 on the same day.

2. On April 6, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant administered the dialphones purchased from the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, by mixing them with water and drinking them.

3. On April 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase phiphones from C to the account used by C; (b) transferred KRW 1.8 million of phiphones to the account used by C; and (c) purchased phiphones in a way that C takes about 1.2g of phiphones in the vicinity of the block-dong, Seoyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, and then purchased phiphones in a way that C takes about 1.2g of phiphones.

4. On April 21, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant administered megaphones purchased from the Defendant’s home, such as Paragraph 2, by dilution them with water and drinking them.

5. At around 01:00 on April 22, 2014, the Defendant administered the divershophones purchased from the Defendant’s house in such a manner as referred to in paragraph (3) by dilution them with water.

6. On June 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased a penphone from C on June 3, 2014; (b) transferred KRW 1.8 million from C to the account used by C; and (c) purchased a penphone by means of bringing about approximately 1.2g of the penphone from the male toilet located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon at around 17:30 on the same day.

7. On June 3, 2014, at around 18:00, the Defendant, from the above Defendant’s house, drinked the influorial weight among the phiphones purchased from the above Defendant’s house to the coffee and then added the remainder of the phiphones to the string:
