A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a Mstore managed by the Victim Lane located in K on April 19, 2019 for the purpose of theft of goods on April 11:47, 201; and (b) collected one game software player with a portable content with a face value of KRW 185,00,00 in the market price of the victim’s management displayed in the small-sized copacker, using the gaps in which the store employees’ surveillance was neglected; and (c) collected one game player with a portable content with a view to preventing theft.
