A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 9, 2014, the Defendant of criminal records was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for larceny at the Busan District Court for six months, and on January 17, 2014, the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 17, 2014 and has the same record of force in the present period of suspended execution 13 times.

2. Criminal facts;
