A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on June 9, 2017, was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for an indecent act, etc. committed by the Seoul Central District Court, and on September 29, 2017, became final and conclusive by the Seoul High Court.

2. Criminal facts;

A. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a CKan truck with alcohol content of at least 0.107% in a section of about 30 meters from the 30-meter radius to the roads in front of the National Assembly of Dog in the same page, where the distribution is located, at around 18:40 on January 19, 201.

B. When the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the time and place set forth in Article 2(1) of the above Act, the Defendant unlawfully used D’s resident registration number in a manner that, in order to conceal his/her status he/she was identified, he/she illegally used D’s resident registration number (E) to G during the police box belonging to the official police station in charge of the control of drinking.

The Defendant forged the signature of the company and signed the above investigation: (a) stated “D” on the part of the name “D” in the “A” column for the purpose of exercising at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 2-A; and (b) signed subsequent thereto; and (c) submitted to G a statement of the circumstances of the driver at the State, stating the forged D’s signature.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged D’s signature for the purpose of exercising it as above, and exercised it by submitting to G the circumstances report on the driver’s statement in which forged D’s signature was written.
