Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months, and by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person engaging in driving a car in the E SP area.

On December 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 17:20 on December 29, 2016, and driven the three-lane road in front of the “G” located in F of the Daegu Western-gu, Daegu-gu, at a speed that would not be known by one-lane toward the Ne-distance distance of the heading.

Ultimately, the Defendant had the victim I (n, 66 years of age) who was a partner of the said car due to such occupational negligence, receive medical treatment at the Daegu-gu University Hospital Hospital, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 17:54 on the same day at around 17:54, and caused the victim J (71 years of age) who was a passenger of the said car, to receive medical treatment at the emergency room of the university hospital in Yong-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, 170 on the same day.

2. Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a H cargo vehicle.

The Defendant, while driving a daily border and the above cargo vehicle as described in paragraph 1, driven the two-lane road in front of “G” in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, in the direction of “G” in the middle of the Daegu-gu, along one lane from the parallel power plant to the intersection of the city at a speed of 73km in speed from the parallel power plant to the intersection of the city.
