1. 2019. 10. 13.자 범행 피고인은 2019. 10. 13. 15:57경 수원시 팔달구 B 소재 C역 4번 출구 앞 버스승강장에서, 마침 치마를 입고 그곳에 정차한 불상의 버스를 탑승하고 있는 여성인 성명불상의 피해자의 치마 안으로 피고인의 삼성 갤럭시노트10 휴대폰을 동영상 녹화 기능을 켠 상태로 밀어 넣어 피해자의 치마 속 허벅지 등 신체 부위를 피해자 몰래 촬영하였다.

2. 2020. 3. 20.자 범행 피고인은 2020. 3. 20. 19:54경 수원시 팔달구 B 소재 C역 7번 출구 상행 에스컬레이터를 올라가던 중 마침 치마를 입고 피고인의 앞에 서 있는 여성인 성명불상자의 피해자의 치마 안으로 피고인의 삼성 갤럭시노트10 휴대폰을 동영상 녹화 기능을 켠 상태로 밀어 넣어 피해자의 치마 속 허벅지 등 신체 부위를 피해자 몰래 촬영하였다.
