Punishment of the crime

2. On April 11, 2020, at around 13:42, the Defendant taken a visual image of the victim, who was a woman under the name of the Defendant, using the Defendant’s mobile phone camera function, in the E store near the entrance of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government DJ No. 11.

On April 16, 2020, the Defendant, within G located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F on April 16, 2021: (a) taken visual images of the Defendant’s cell phone camera function, in the nameless female victim, who is a female influence of stairs, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function.

On April 25, 2020, around 10:56, the Defendant taken a visual image of the victim by using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function in the I Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, after the victim, who is a female in a name-free female, and using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function.

5. On April 25, 2020, the Defendant, within the K convenience store located in the Gangnam-gu SeoulJ on April 25, 2020, taken the flag image of the Defendant’s mobile phone camera function, and used the Defendant’s mobile phone camera function to take the flag image of the female female victim.

6.
