1. The Plaintiff’s claim for compensation for losses arising from the decline in the value of the remaining building among the lawsuits against Defendant B.
Reasons
1. Details of adjudication on expropriation;
(a) Project approval and announcement 1) Project name: Suwon Urban Planning Facility Project (Road: F, G, and H) (hereinafter “instant project”);
(2) Although the project implementer was originally “O corporation,” the project implementer was a project implementer’s announcement of change of the project implementer, the project implementer was changed to the Defendant’s trust through the Suwon Si’s announcement of change of the project implementer (J on August 21, 2018).
