1. Details of ruling;
A. Project approval and public notice - Project name: B housing site development project in the zone (hereinafter “instant public project”). On June 28, 2007, the Minister of Construction and Transportation designated D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M as a planned housing site development area for the instant public project.

B. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on May 23, 2013 (hereinafter “instant ruling”) - The expropriation object: ① The land owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiff’s share 27/17/17/14,571, W-192 square meters and 77/197/30, and 145/383/38 of the Plaintiff’s share 27/300, 1462 square meters of the forest land, T-1,07 square meters of forest land, U forest land 1,613 square meters and V 211 square meters of the forest land, ② The Plaintiff and W-be co-owned (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s share 10,323/14,571, W-248/14, 571”), and each land owned by the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s share 16/35/106/1,383 of the forest land.”
(2) On July 16, 2013, the Land Expropriation Committee: (a) on July 16, 2013, assessed the amount of compensation for losses on the basis of a road in the public record of the current status of use of 70 square meters among AD land; and (b) on July 16, 2013, the Land Expropriation Committee calculated the amount of compensation for losses on the basis of a road: on July 16, 2013, the current status of public records on shares in the area of land subject to expropriation (land size) located in the area of land subject to expropriation on the land subject to expropriation on July 16, 2013: 1,4621, 1,094,745,600, 613, 116, 518, 60, 305/1, 305/1, 56, 298, 309, 305/197, 205.
