Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and B leased 610, 618, 1017, 1309, Gtel 706, and 802 to a high school dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu to promote that they are sexual traffic business establishments through H’s Internet site “H” and provided publicity as to whether they are sexual traffic business establishments, and as to how they joined and manage the said male and female entertainment business establishments by having them manage the said male and female sexual traffic business establishments by using the following : I (n, 26), J (n, 22), K (n, 34), M (n, 27), N (n, 22 years old), O (n, 21 years old), P (n, 27 years old), Q (n, 27 years old), and Q) 500,000 won, respectively.

As above, from July 2016 to February 2017, the Defendants conspired to invite sexual traffic women through the Internet job offer advertising site, such as “R,” “S,” and “H” website, and advertised sexual traffic business establishments by posting contact address, sexual traffic women’s age, physical space, working hours, etc. on the above site, and announced them to the relevant heading room by receiving KRW 80,00 in return for the similarity from the male in the name of the victim, and by guiding them to interfere with the similarity with the customers.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. From March 2017, Defendant A thought that the Defendant, in consultation with B, did not independently operate the said sexual traffic establishment.

The Defendant, from March 2017 to June 16, 2017, publicized commercial sex acts establishments by soliciting female sex traffickings in the same manner as paragraph (1) at the above establishments and paying advertising expenses equivalent to KRW 250,000 per month to the above H site, and entered the name and omitted.
