Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal - The Defendant A is the actual operator of the G gas station located in Pyeongtaek-si F. The Defendant B is the working-level manager of the said G gas station, and the Defendant A is the employee of the said G gas station, who is a co-principal of the said G gas station, and the Defendant C is the co-principal of the said G gas station.

No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products.

Nevertheless, upon the progress of the business progress of the above G state oil station, Defendant A purchased a fake transit with low price compared to that of the foot transit for the purpose of concluding it, and ordered Defendant B to make profits by selling it at the same price as that of the foot transit, and to sell it to Defendant B. From April 1, 2013 to May 24, 2013, from May 20:4, 2013, the Defendants sold 715,080 liter transit (one thousand six hundred won per liter) of the market price in which other petroleum products (lost base oil, etc.) and materials consisting of carbon and hydrogen are mixed with hydrogen (chlost, etc.) against many unspecified customers at the above G gas station, and stored approximately 24,000 liters transit in the underground storage tank Nos. 1 and 5.
