Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 631] Defendants are not to handle narcotics.
1. Defendant A’s crime;
A. On April 30, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs from a drug seller who became aware of via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as “camphone”) at the Seo-gu Daejeon District Office of Enterprise Bank, Daejeon, Daejeon, Daejeon, to purchase approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, and transferred KRW 500,000 to the account of the Enterprise Bank (Account Number: D) known by the seller, at around 22:50, as of the same day, at around 22:50, the Defendant purchased a camphone, which was 30,000,000 from the Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seoul, to use a camphone in a plastic bag.
B. At around 23:30 on April 30, 2018, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of the penphones purchased at the Jung-gu building in Daejeon and the Defendant’s house in the first floor, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), in a way of dilution into water and injection into the left upper gate. 2) around 06:00 on May 1, 2018, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of the penphones purchased at the above location as described in the foregoing paragraph (a) into water and injected them into the left gate.
2. On May 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased KRW 80,00,00 from a corporate bank Daejeon Branch of Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-ro 1719, to purchase one gramphone from a drug seller known through the Internet; and (b) remitted the amount of KRW 800,000 to a corporate bank account known by the said seller; (c) on the same day, around 18:30, the Defendant purchased a rophone from the Daejeon bus Terminal Track, which the said seller contained in a plastic bag in a plastic bag.
3. On May 9, 2018, the Defendants’ co-offenders put approximately 0.1g of philophones into the injecting machine at the places indicated in paragraph 1-B(1) at around 00:0 on May 9, 2018, and dilution them into water.
