A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2020 to June 2020, the Defendant: (a) had worked in the victim WW ( South, 52 years old) operating X hotel in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul from around April 2020 to around June 202; and (b) had a view to obstructing the above hotel business and demanding compensation to the victim.

1. Intimidation;

A. From June 3, 2020 to June 3, 2020, the Defendant was unable to enter the victim through the above hotel employees at around 00:30 on June 3, 2020, with a view to preventing the victim from entering the vehicle by blocking the entrance of “from the day to the hotel.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.

B. On July 12, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime at around July 12, 2020, through the above hotel employees at around 20:30 on July 12, 2020, the Defendant cannot operate the hotel business normally without giving appropriate compensation to the victim.

It shall be accused to the Ministry of Labor.
