Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B The 21st National Assembly member elected from November 2004 to December 201, 201, Jeonnam-do, D, E, and F from May 30, 201 to May 29, 201, and G, H, D, and E from May 30, 201 to May 29, 201, and the 20th National Assembly member from May 30, 201 to May 20, 201, respectively. Accordingly, the defendant concealed a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

2. On August 17, 2020, the Defendant concealed the offender from August 17, 2020 to August 19, 2020, paid KRW 992,200 to the KB national card in the name of the Defendant from around August 17, 2020 to around August 19, 202, and concealed the offender at the above hotel in a manner of lodging with B who committed the above crime and escaped.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

3. On August 19, 2020, the Defendant concealed the offender from August 19, 2020 to August 20, 2020, paid 121,000 won of accommodation charges to the KB national card in the name of the Defendant, and concealed the above hotel in a manner of lodging with B while committing the above crime and escapeing.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.

4. On September 6, 2020, the Defendant concealed an offender: (a) paid KRW 217,80,00 from September 6, 2020 to September 7, 2020 by the J hotel Seoul, and accommodation charges in the name of the Defendant at the J hotel Seoul as set forth in paragraph (1); and (b) paid the above crimes at the above hotel.
