Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who manufactures, processes, and sells a dydney area, etc. under the trade name of “(C) Busan Busan Busan Branch” in Busan Shipping Daegu.

1. No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products in violation of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false indication of the place of origin or place a false indication likely to cause confusion therewith;

From February 19, 2012 to November 19, 2013, the Defendant produced the dyne (90% in Korea, 10% in Korea, and 10% in Korea) with the origin of the dyne (10% in Korea), and sold approximately KRW 504,707,700,000 in U.S. A. 2. Violation of the Food Sanitation Act;
